Muffler replaces catalytic converters, according to the Environmental
Protections Agency EPA standards, with which we are in compliance. By law, Bud's Muffler cannot remove a catalytic converter from a vehicle, without installing a replacement. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! If you suspect your catalytic converter is not doing its job, we can check it for free. If a replacement is needed, Bud's Muffler installs both stock and high flow catalytic converters.
